• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• The balance is due 60 days before arrival.
• Sorry, we can't accommodate pets or children under 12.
• This is a non-smoking bed and breakfast.
Cancellations & Refunds:
• All deposits are non-refundable if reservations are cancelled less than 60 days before arrival. Allowance is provided if the vacancy is refilled by the canceling party.
• No partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Limitation of Liability:
• Holly House Bed & Breakfast will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, however caused, or any cancellations or delays due to weather or transportation problems.
• Fishing subject to Alaska State Fish & Game rules and regulations restricting days of the week and hours of the day that can be fished during May, June, and July.
